Bay Keramik 70-40 Large Vintage West German Floor Vase – 40 cm

£69.00

A striking vintage Bay Keramik floor vase, produced in West Germany and standing approximately 40 cm tall.

The tall cylindrical form has softly rounded shoulders leading to a short neck and flared rim. The upper section is finished in a rich, glossy chocolate-brown glaze, transitioning through a subtly textured darker band into a contrasting warm cream, finely speckled lower section.

The restrained earthy palette gives this piece a wonderfully retro character while making it particularly easy to incorporate into a contemporary interior. At approximately 40 cm tall, it has plenty of presence and works beautifully as a statement floor vase or displayed on a sideboard or console.

The underside carries the Bay factory mark, together with W. GERMANY and the model number 70-40.
